Packaging Advantages: Our New and Improved Clean Easy Open Packaging features a "candy bar" wrapper, which means there is less mess and less waste than the old traditional trays. The old messy trays require tools like scissors or knives, and sometimes you even have to use your hands to get the suet out. Less Packaging equals Less Waste. Our Packaging is 100% recyclable, and we use 80% less packaging by weight, which means that there is less in the landfill and more going back to be reused again and again.
The tray is an outdated and inefficient use of materials. Not only is the packaging larger than our wrapper and going to the landfill, but also the suet sticks to the tray, resulting in more for the garbage and less for the birds.
